True to our consulting mission, our role is to ensure that your business project is in line with that of the candidates presented. Our assistance consists of guiding secure strategic decision-making by providing reliable counselling in the choice of your employees, the development and promotion of your human capital.

Notre méthodologie

Analysis of the environment and context of your company (background/competitors/market…), thorough understanding of the position and definition of the candidate profile :
>>> Proposal of a job description and profile

Choice of appropriate research methods (traditional headhunting, direct approach, advertising job postings on adapted job boards)
>>> Proposal of a list of targeted companies
>>> Salary benchmarking if necessary

Establish progress reports of the mission on a regular basis
>>> Submitting a weekly report of the headhunting process : targeted companies, contacted candidates, salary, situation of the phone screenings

Selection process (phone screening, face-to-face interview, personality test and reference checks …)
>>> Submitting an interview and evaluation report for every shortlisted candidate

Follow-up interview with the candidate and the client during the training period (after 3 months then every year)
>>> Sending by email a follow-up summary with check points if necessary
